Dear Jesada,
We missed our pick up transport on 21 April (Thursday) for our Rafting + Elephant Trek + ATV tour. Thank you to Mr Jesada for arranging alternative transport to bring us to the rafting camp. I would also like to thank the lady whom I spoke to on the phone (sorry, I did not get her name) and to the driver, who drove fast and in a safe manner, to bring us to the rafting camp on time.
The positive reviews on TripAdvisor are accurate and I am glad that we picked your company for our tours in Phuket. If we have the opportunity to visit Phuket again, we would not hesitate to book tours from your company again.
