The free transfer in from the airport was greatly appreciated, and made for a relaxing and stress free start to our holiday. All the staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. The boat crew were very professional, especially Patty, who was very friendly, funny, and smiling all day. The buffet lunch on the beach was delicious and plentyful. Good Day Umpawan, the 2 tours that I signed up, Phi Phi Island and James Bond Island Discovery, were relaxing and enjoyable. The tour guides, Patty (Phi Phi) and Bloom (James Bond) were very knowledgeable and friendly. Most of the attractions and stop overs at the island were great with ample time to explore on our own and sight seeing. cost-wise, I find the package tour reasonable and value for money. Inclusive of transfer from airport to hotel proof to be hassle free. Signing up and confirmation of the tour was very professionally and swiftly done with even a calling system for enquiries.
