We went to Phi Phi Islands on a day tour and must say that it was very well organised, the guide was well informed and shared little tips with us that made the swim/snorkeling safe and interesting. He was funny too making the trip very enjoyable. I am especially thankful that they took our safety very seriously and made sure we were safe on the boat, while snorkeling and on the beaches. Also I would like to Thank JC tour for the complimentary airport transport. I will definitely use them again and I recommend you do too.

Me and my friend went to Thailand only to see Maya Bay. For this reason, we booked a tour package with JC...Tour before our arrival in Thailand. I would like to thank all of the members of this agency, especially to Ms. Kai. She gave us some excellent suggestion on restaurants and recommendation of the activities on the Patong Beach. However, the arrangement for the Maya Bay tour was excellent. We had a medium size boat with adequate lifesaving equipment. The guide was funny and helpful. So we did not have a boring ride for whole day.

Hello Ms.Umpawan Kaewka, I would like to send my special Thank You to Mr. Jesada Jitjaroen for looking after my parents (Mr & Mrs Van Quyen NGUYEN) on their recent trip to Phuket this week. As this was my parents' first trip to Phuket, I was worried that they would be lost if they didn't get picked up at the airport and their holiday plans would go to ruin if the tour company doesn't show up..etc. Therefore, I did extensive research on the internet and came accross JC Tour. I have exchanged MANY emails with Mr. Jesada Jitjaroen regarding to the booking for my parents, which I'm sure that he thought i'd worried too much...:-) Not only did Mr. Jesada Jitjaroen responded to my email prompty, but much care and attention were taken to ensure that my parents had a great time, especially on the Phuket City Tour, the Siam Niramit show and Bamboo and Elephant Trekking, which was the highlight. Unfortunately, my mum became very sick on the morning of the Elephant Trekking tour so opted to stay back at the hotel. Acknowledging that it was cancellation at the last minute, we didn't expect to get our money back. However, much to our pleasant surprise, Mr. Jesada Jitjaroen made sure that the driver who took my parents to the airport the next day refunded the money for my mum's portion. That really touched her heart, not because of the money but for his act of thoughfulness, kindess and understanding. I will definetly put a good review on Trip Advisor so many other future travellers can find the same comfort when making their booking with JC Tour.
