Dear Jc.Tour, We booked Similand Island Tour on April 10th and Phi Phi Tour on April 11th with JC tour and was replied very fast by Jesada. We were really happy with his response and the prices was fair enough for us, they gave complimentary airport transfer services. Since we have to catch up the Phuket Fantasea in the afternoon, we told Jesada, that we should be transfered to our hotel at The Kee Resort directly from the airport, and Jesada commited in the email. Once we have picked up by Mr Rak, he told us that we should go to their office first and i told him that we have talked with Jesada regarding this matter, but at the end we have to go to their office anyway, before reaching our hotel, but their staff, Ms Kai was so quickly get in to the car and we pay the tours to her inside the car . She gave us tour vouchers and gave some explanations about Phuket, attractions and Tours. There was a mistake written in the voucher about the pick up place they should do, but i asked help from the hotel to clarify with them. One point if you go Phi phi tours with JC, you do not have to pay extra 100bahts for fins at the Marina. Overall, we really enjoy with the tours, meals and their services. Your driver is on time and did not complain when we actually late meeting him at hotel hobby for transfer from Hotel to Spa and also when transfer us from Hotel to airport. My Special Thanks to your driver (sorry I did not get his name) which is very friendly to us. Our tour which we had booked with JC Tour (Phi Phi Island+Maya Bay+Khai Island, James Bond Island + Canoe & Raya + Coral Island) the driver is on time except for our Raya Island tour which driver come in late and our Hotel had called JC Tour to check and been assured that driver will come in but late due to our pick up is the last pick up point. We like the spa package very much as it is very relaxing and make your body very fresh after earlier 3 days of Island tours. We also missed the pick up for our Phuket Fantasea but Mr Jesada had assist to get the person to come back and pick up us at later time. It hassle free when we book with JC Tour. They payment is arrange when we arrive in Phuket and our trip to Phuket is memorable with the service from JC Tour.
