Dear Jc.Tour, This is Victor, who just booked two tours from you for the trips on 2 Oct and 3 Oct, including "Rafting, Elephant trekking and ATV" and "Phi Phi + Khai Island package by speedboat". Both of the tours were fantastic. The tour-guides can speak good English, are helpful and well-organised. They will explain everything clearly before the activities start. For the first tour, my friend lost a branded sunglass. When we checked with the tour guide, he kept calling his colleagues and luckily it was kept in one of his colleague's hand. He returned the sunglass to our hotel's reception on the second day which I really admired. Further, their time management between activities are great, they will make sure that your time are filled up with activities and FUN! Apart from the day tours, JC tour also offers a lot of additional benefits on top of the trips. They offered us free airport transfers from and to our hotel. Due to the prices of both of tours are really competitive compared to their peers and with good reviews, I would DEFINITELY go for JC Tour if I join any tours in Phuket. Thanks so much for the airport transfer to the hotel on our arrival. The Pi-Pi Island tour is wonderful, the only pity is that we didn't managed to go to Maya Island because of the high waves. Anyway, we enjoyed the rest of the trip, particularly Mr. Eddie, the tour guide, had done a wonderful job to mingle with all the guests and we really loved his jokes and humour.

Had a great time. The rafting/ATV/elephant trekking tour was packed with actions. Rafting was fantastic and fun. The guide was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the splashing water by the guide from other rafts. It was annoying. The ATV was fund and exciting. The guide was experienced and took good care of us. Elephant trekking was a pleasant surprise which we enjoyed tremendously and an rare experience. Unfortunately, we didnt have a chance to take photos during the actions but would highly recommend this package to those seek great advanture and fun in addition to beaches and water activities in Phuket.

My husband and I feel very happy with your service in Phuket. Everything is on time. On the day we arrived, your staff waited for us for long time although the rain was heavy. The boat is very good. The seat of Fantasea show is also very good. Thank you very much for your excellent service!
