It was an excellent trip! It was my first snorkeling trip so I did not know what to do in the waters. The guides were really helpful and I really appreciate everything they have done for me. I wasnt a good swimmer, so the guide stayed with me throughout the trip to make sure that I would be safe and not get swept away by the waves. I dont know his name so I'm not sure how to thank him. The other guides are really nice too, their service is good and they are friendly.
I am also pleased with the driver who waited for us at the airport too; he was very polite and helpful as well.
I would highly recommend JC Tour to my friends.

This is the second time I choose Jc Tour package and I'm very satisfied with overall your service.
Minor complaint about your driver when pick up us to port. When we are still waiting of our friends (our friends is not yet ready), your driver left us without any notification.
Then I called Mr. Jesada and he is very helpful and informing us that the driver will come back soon.
Very pleased with service from Mr. Jesada and also overall service from other crew.

Some detailed feedback:
1) Koh Sok Safari
Score 9/10
Long but excellent day – great guide, elephant trek and river canoeing fantastic. Small group. Fantastic scenery, good lunch.
2) Guided tour by your driver of Phuket
Score 8/10
Very helpful and friendly – asked us what we wanted to do before we set off - and took us with guided tour to these places (big Buddha, temple etc) – really nice man
3) Phang Nga James Bond/canoeing
Score 7/10
Canoeing was fun and nice guide, boat trip was fun with good staff – they were especially good to our daughter. Very good lunch on board.
We would be happy to use your services again

Thank you very much for the tour of Phi Phi islands, Maya Bay and Khai island. The tour and trip were fantastic. Everything went very smoothly and the food for lunch was great. It was an awesome day out.

Hello, I and my girfriend were in Thailand for 3 weeks for holidays, we had many one day trips in Chiang Mai, Bangkok and Phuket. Your service and one day trip to Krabi was our best trip during holidays. You have really high quality service in Phuket. We tried few travel agencies so we can compare them and your agency has the highest profesional standards. We will recommend your agency to our friends. However, there was one thing that made us feel disappointed: we haven't seen "Tale-Whak (Separated Sea) One moment in time the water is separated show the white sandy beach road" because we were late and high tide came, so the beach road was under water. The guide should better manage the time, we should came there on time, but we didn't succeed... :(
But in the end, it was really good trip and service,

Your tour contractor/operators (Phiphi & Panwa) were also good, quick and responsive ,Providing free transfer to/from hotel from/to airport is really added value to your service.

Dear Umpawan
we got back safe and sound on Monday afternoon ....tired but happy. Although it was a short trip the 7 of us were very happy.
We are also happy with JC tour for the pick up service & excursion tour that we went.
infact we have already made plans to come again in November ....this time with the kids...and we hope to use your service again.
Apart from tours & airport pick up...do you provide hotel accomodation too?....
We will have to start saving $$ for the trip now.... :)
