Dear Ms. Umpawan,
We are back to Hong Kong now and the tour we joined (PP+Khai+Egg Island) was very good. The weather isn't very good but it is not the fault of your team.
I wish to say that Mr. Jesada provides excellent service. I had been asking him many questions and he patiently answered all my enquiries promptly. This is one point I appreciate very much. As serice is indeed very important in Phuket, considering one can easily join island tour on any street stall.
Actually I had booked 2 tours (the 2nd tour to Similan Island) but I cannot make it as I had a fever. I was not able to tell the driver about the cancellation in advance. So someone from your company come to Avista Hotel, Kata to collect the money. And it is till then that I can tell me we are not joining. But he's so nice still and his attitude is so good. I would definitely prefer your company.
Actually, my sister (2 pax) and another group of friend (7 pax) will be coming to Phuket in early May and mid-May. I will recommend your company to them, for sure.

Dear JC Tour thank u for your best services tour to phiphi and raya rai in last weekend..it was very great..the services was as expected. The free services from airport-hotel-airport is very nice..in time pick up.the tour also nice..maybe will be great if u give us more discount..LOL. I give jc tour as refferences for my friends.

i have no complaints about your services, it was most enloyable the only dissappointment was the waterfall understandably dry season not much water but still good. the islands tour also very good i will be telling my freinds about your services and recommend they use your services that you for your services.i will be returning in the new year.

Thank you very much for your service. My childs enjoyed with canoeing at Phang Nga Bay, play with many monkey on our canoe and they like to snorkeing trip at Khai Island . Many many fishes there, they like them. Cheer!!!!! Mutia and family.

we were very pleased with ur service..our flight itenary were changed at the last minute,but you manage to pick us up at the airport.
we took the PP islnd tour,and it was great,right on time, although the food taste was standard.
Overall we would like to say thank you 4 ur service, it was great! |
