We had a great time over in Phuket and bulk of the credit goes to your agency for making that possible, from looking into the meticulous details such as our prompt pick up at the airport to the astute recommendation of the beautiful snorkelling trip which we absolutely fell in love with. The agency representative who received us at our hotel went an extra mile and even helped us get a three-point power adapater when both our laptops and mobile phones were dead. My friend and I were very happy with your company services. Our first day trip to Phi Phi + maya bay + other ..... was fantastic, my daughter and my friend's daughter together with us really had a very good time. I would comment that your staffs onboard the trip did very good job, they were helpful, friendly and professional and help to make the whole trip on the sea very enjoyable and pleasant. Our second day trip to White water rafting + trekking .... was very enjoyable too. But we enjoyed much more the first part of the trip (Water rafting) then the second part (waterfall/elephant trekking). I would also like to comment that your tour guide did very good job - he was funny, joyful, friendly and most importantly he took care of us very well - because my daughter and I got hurt during our ATV ride and he immediately fetch some medicine and plaster for us to clean up the cut. That was because he was always somewhere around to look after our needs. He is always on the move and available. Unlike some tour guide, you could hardly find them as they will just hide in a corner and rest. In conclusion, we had a beautiful and wonderful time with your company especially both my friend's daughter and mine, as they landed in Singapore, they told us they were already missing Phuket and would like to go back again soonest!!
